AUDIT

Inspection of the existing HACCP implementations. Analyzing possibilities of improvement. Effective implementation of missing hygiene rules and regulations.

TRAINING

Conduction of necessary training sessions for hygiene requirements. The staff will be trained to meet all requirements.

Keeping track of all 23 controlling sheets in order to maintain HACCP standards.
